CNH Industrial NV (NYSE: CNHI / MI: CNHI) announces new strategic structure as an integral part of the Company’s transition to an organization that will lead the agriculture and construction sectors following the split from the Iveco Group .

This organization aims to achieve key strategic objectives, all of which meet CNH Industrial’s vision: Sustainably advance the noble work of agricultural and construction workers around the world.

A new organizational model
