Breakthru Beverage Group Names Stephanie J. Soto Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Breakthru Beverage Group, a leading North American beverage distributor with operations in the United States and Canada, today announced the appointment of Stephanie J. Soto as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. As a member of the company’s leadership team, Stephanie will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including the development of a diverse and cross-functional human capital strategy, end-to-end talent management and labor and employee relations, all enabling the over- growth, productivity and profitability of the business.

In addition to talent management, Soto will be responsible for the Solutions – Learning, Leadership and Sales team efforts that foster a culture of employee growth and engagement, as well as the company’s corporate responsibility initiatives. which together are unique and defining for Breakthru Beverage. Equally important will be Soto’s efforts to significantly expand the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion capability, which ensures inclusion and fairness in all areas of the business. Soto will report directly to CEO Tom Bene and assume his new role on August 1, 2022.

Soto brings over 25 years of experience in human resources and workforce management for global multi-billion dollar companies, both publicly traded and private. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at United Natural Foods, Inc., where she led the strategy that put people first in fulfillment centers, transformed the company talent and innovated HR programs to improve the future of work. . His previous roles included human resources management for Bell Helicopter and Pitney Bowes.
